Sears Complaint - Sears hangs up on me 4 times
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I called Sears parts and tried to get parts for my vaccum cleaner and was hung up two times. I could not believe it. Then, I was directed to call 281-647-1452 at the Park Row street location which is a Sears parts store and the man left me on hold 15 to 20 minutes. Unbelievable. He never came back so I hung up. Then, I finally got a hold of the online phone number for parts to order the parts I needed. I gave them the model number of my vaccum and they sent me the belts, the brush roller and cover lid to fit my vaccum. The cover was the wrong size. I called to complain and the first person I called was a man and he hung up after less than a minute. I am calling again and the next person was nice. The customer telephone service reps are allowed to just hang up on people without any repercussions. How can any company be successful treating the customer like crap by hanging up at any time. I do not see any future for Sears to continue doing business in this country. It's sad that their customer service has gone out the window. Not to mention, there is no number to complain to headquarters conveniently. If anyone has one, please let me know what is so I can let it be known that I had such a hard time with ordering just 3 parts for my vaccum cleaner. Thank you so much. This should be happening with any business that wants to be successful. It seems like customers are not important to Sears anymore. It is sink or swim for them, and I just them sinking.
