Toys R Us Complaint - Horrible returns
My Two year old received a toy from his grandfather (my father-in-law) for his birthday that we already had received for Christmas last year. Of course "PaPa" did not include any sort of receipt. Upon calling toys r us, where we know he purchased it, we were told "absolutely no returns with out a receipt or the credit card it was purchased and date of purchase" So now we are STUCK with a toy that we do not need or want when we could have a nice store credit to exchange for something we can use. My poor 2 year old! I have told my entire family to never again purchase something for my children from ToysRUs and I will do the same!
