Lil Country Paws through eCrater/Google Complaint - Unclear description of what you are purchasing, unsatisfactory customer service
I ordered a Frontline Plus Flea Treatment Kit for my 86 year old mother's dog. When I received what they called a Kit there were only 2 large pipettes to apply the frontline treatment to the dog. All the frontline we have purchased in the past has been about half the price of what they have it for at veterinarian and we have always received a pipette for each month. THis company needs to add a warning that the consumer will have to MEASURE, DIVIDE and STORE 2/3 of this mixture - When I complained I got an e mail back stating this was "precisely" what I ordered. I did NOT appreciate the tone of their letter. I will never order from them again based on this customer service. It was also difficult to return and receive back what I had spent.
