QVC Complaint - Bogus Sale - Dell Studio 540
I purchased my compuer from QVC. I paid close attention to the " sales pitch". The "pitchman" said I would get free support for one year.
I decided to purchase the computer for $208.00 per month for five months ( flex play option ). After about three weeks I startd having problems with my computer.
I called the Dell/ QVC support line. After answering ten minutes worth of totally useless questions. They said the would have to connect me with a "fee based" tech. They offered me a one time fix answer for $68.00 or I could purchase a years support for I think was $260.00
I told them they could take this Dell computer a stick it up there xxx.
My six month old nephew can speak English better than these Indians can. I ended up having to use there " fee based " support three more times.
I have never been so pissed about one thing in my life. I hope Dell goes under. There support sucks and so does there computers.
I am not just an angry consumer. I have been screwed 3xs by Dell.
