Fisher nissan in florida Complaint - STAY CLEAR AWAY - 350 z 2003

Review by zgirl on 2004-07-23
I bought a 2003 350z from fisher nissan that is the biggest piece of crap, along with the salesguy who sold it to me, who never informed me that the car took only premium gas and that i can never rotate the tires on the car. then i take it to a mechanic shop to get a oil changed and find out that the casters are bad on the car, when i went to the dealership and dropped off the paper from the mechanic along with the car, he called me and told me that there was nothing wrong with the car, that it is perfectly fine, when i went up there i wanted to know if the casters were fixed on the car, and he claims that they were not because he did not know about it yet i talked to him the previous day and told him what was going on with the car. i was also informed by the girl in service that there was a recall on my car, but i was NEVER informed about it, i am consulting with an attorney along with my friend who has had even more problems than i have with them, there is more incidencs that have happened but yopu could read my story all day long that is how bad it is, i would NEVER NEVER buy another car fron them ever again, oh by the way in the past 18 months this is my fifth vehicle that i have bought and the 5 vehicle that my mother has bought from them to. ALong with the 20 or so people that we have sent to buy a car and that have actually bought cars from them. why was i so so stupid????????

There seems to be some confusion here when you refer to castors. I am gonna assume your refering to an alignment issue. Caster(s), toe, and camber are terms used to set the geometry of you tires when setting an alignment, you may be refering to caster bolts or rods but I find it very highly unlikely that they are bad (usually these things last the lifetime of a car). I think it might be best if you go back to your oil change mechanic for a further description of what's wrong.

Sounds like that dealer was doing SOMETHING right. Now they've probably only done something small that you didn't like, so you're going to throw a fit over it. Sheesh!

good god.. you read the OWNERS manual to find out what gas to put in the car... its not hard to do.. and you have got to be an I D I O T to not know you cannot rotate the tires. Don't blame the dealership for not telling you things that are common knowledge.. And many do not inform you of recalls, you have to find them out on your own.
