Dell, Inc Complaint - Late Fee

, TEXAS -- Sick and tired on Dell saying I am late with my payment. My payment is due on the 26th of every month I send it on the first of each month 25 days early. I called Dell and it seems not one is American, just foreigners or immigrants.

No satisfaction with them don't buy Dell products they are a scam wonder how many people the screwed.

Good, you are sending it before its due. Are you doing it by mail? If they're not receiving it by mail, saying it's late, perhaps you need to change your method of paying. Perhaps pay online? You wouldn't have to worry about it getting lost in the mail or them processing it late. The most it would take, paying online, is 4 business days. That might be your best bet. Of course, I'm assuming you mail it in because of this statement.

Did you send it in so early one month that the payment was treated as a second payment for the prior month. That would make you always behind instead of being ahead.

Also, I mail my payments in, but I call a week after I make the payment to make sure that it was received. Also, I change the amount by $1.00 each month so I know which check was received, e.g. January - $51.00, February - $52.00, March - $53.00, April - $54.00, September - $59.00
