Yahoo America Complaint - Frustrated
It is first of all imposssible to contact and speak to a Yahoo representative about this. I am being charged for a service that do not use or want! What is going on? After reading other reviews I see I'm not by any means the only person this is happing to! Yahoo must be making a lot of money from many customers without giving them any advance notice or an option by email to accept or discontinue the yahoo American greeting service. This is wrong and very frustrating. What can be done to stop this?
