Sears Complaint - Will never shop at Sears again
WESTMINSTER -- I purchased my slide-in Kenmore Ellite on July 3rd. I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT!!! The rescheduled number of times, every time claiming that it is due to manufacturer's delay...I spoke to number of people there, went to the store where I purchased it...no help...they kept on promissing to deliver and than changing the delivery date again...At this point I am beyond frustrated. I will never ever buy anything at SEARS again. They don't know anything about customer service. I hope they go under, so nobody else gets fooled by them again!!!
