AT&T Wireless Complaint - I have to pay for my discount
I just contacted AT&T Wireless as I heard that my agency offers a 15% discount for our Federal government agency. There is a FAN number that has to be presented which you get from HR. Well, you go to www.attwireless.com/discounts and enter your work address and phone number. Then you learn that there will be a $36 per phone sponsorship fee PER phone. So.... I would have to pay $108 in order to get a 15% discount on $150 a month bill. I was then told that you can only get the discount when there is a contract change ( new phone, new plan etc.. OR you have to request the discount within 30 days from the change.
I do not think that I should have to pay for a discount...something just seems weird about that to me. Le
