Pappa John's Pizza Complaint - Pappa John's Pizza is SO BAD

Review by Earle on 2009-10-12
We recently tried to order a pizza from Pappa John's Pizza in Gonzales Louisiana and we were insulted over the phone. We were put on hold for an extended amount of time and when we finally had a chance to speak to some one, we we spoken to so ugly that I had to visit this site to at least let others know that Pappa John's Pizza doesn't care about people, only profit.

I'll never call them again and think no one should either. With the response we got, I'm sure this is just dust in the wind, but I had to try!!!

Details of what they said to you, would help. By saying they spoke ugly to you, doesn't really provide much information.

So, what happened??

It is true that Papa Johns is driven by profet (sic), as are ALL companies. However, to insultaded (sic) customers on the phone contradicts their profet motive. Perhaps there is more to this encounter than you have shared? Details would be helpful.

More detail of what you encountered would be helpful. How were you insulted?

I did not realize the my3cents was a forum to point out spelling and/or grammar errors. I must have missed that in the terms of service and site rules.

OP probably let the person on the other end of the phone how upset they were being on hold, provoking the ugly words. Also PC, this is an internet forum, you're always going to find people pointing out grammatical errors, there's nothing wrong with doing so. It's very hard to take someone seriously when they can't spell.

Order online-the computer can't be rude. And you won't be put on hold. That is, if you like the pizza enough to go back.
