Book in Hotels Complaint - Think deliberately when you decide to use Bookinhotels.com

I made a reservation through Bookinhotels.com for a hotel in Izmir in June. Of course, my credit card was sucessfully charged with more than 200Euros. Then, in August I canceled my reservation.
About two months later, I still have been waiting for my money to appear back in my credit card. I have sent several E-mails to the company. No reply. I am not sure that I will ever get a refund ...

Could try disputing the charge with your credit card company.

I would never use a company based in Turkey to book a hotel room for me. You were scammed and they probably have a clause on their website that says no refunds. Disputing with your credit card company probably won't help.
