Best Buy Complaint - 60 Inch Hd Tv
ILLINOIS -- I purchased this 60in Pioneer elite TV from Best Buy with an extended warranty that cost me first $7500 for the TV second $800 dollars for warranty that doesn't even work. Today the problem I had was my TV was not picking up HD channels I callled them the guy came out and said your HD tuner is bad and needs to be replaced so I did that and a week later the part came in and some other guys came back to install it. Keep in mind there are two people working on this TV set one orders second installs the part. When the guy came to install the part he checked out the TV for 10 min and said that there is nothing wrong with your TV and took the part with him and said have a nice day. I told him there's no HD channels and that I was receiving them earlier and not now he said call your cable company I took him upstairs and showed him look there working on this TV than why not on the other one. He just walked out and said call your cable company and have a nice day.
This is the kinda service I get for dropping $7500 in there store. Worst customer service ever. No one wants to help you they just want to sell you there service agreement and that's it take a hike after that.
