Pampered Chef Informative - Confused about some of the reviews I have been reading
I was browsing through the reviews on the Pampered Chef and was really surprised at some of them. There was one that claimed that Pampered Chef would not replace a non stick "Family Skillet" that had started to bubble because the warranty expired. I don't know what happened there, but one of my customers just replaced the entire set of professional cookware (the old product) with the Executive cookware for the cost of shipping the old product back.
As a consultant, I have not had any problems in getting products replaced, or getting money back for my customers.
I believe that there is a problem with the new pizza stone and I recommend to my customers to not buy that particular piece. I have heard of several people who had this product break on them. The rest of the stoneware is awesome.
I would recommend the consumer read the care and use paper that comes with each product to know how to best care for it. I would do this with any product you buy, regardless of the company.
