Ryanair Complaint - Never again - flight Dublin to Girona (barcelona)

will I Never, fly Ryanair again! Basically because of the over charging, lost bags, terrible customer service, no customer feedback line, extra charges for baggage and the £70 charge to change the name on a ticket. Also, the unhelpful and unfriendly staff.

everyone has extra charges for baggage. and some more specific details would be nice.

There's also an FAQ section that explains all these fees you're complaining about and should have known about if you had taken the time to read all this stuff before booking a flight. It is also explained in the terms and conditions as well.

You get what you pay for... Ryanair gives away tons of free flights or flights for .01 Euro, but they make money by charging to check-in online (even though you can't at the airport), check a bag, pay with credit and debit cards, etc... If you want a full service airline, fly BA.
