Comcast Corporation Complaint - Disconnect Without Notice/Failure to Communicate
FT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- Im am a first time user of Comcast cable. I ordered triple play service with Comcast. I really did enjoy the service I received. I liked the Idea of getting a deal of 3 services 1 bill. But I experienced a cituation where I received an outstanding bill for call made to Jamaica I disputed that call because I don't know of any person who lives in jamaica, or neither was I told that someone can make an international call from my home. I was not notified by phone or mail until my bill was so outstanding that I wasn't able to pay it, over a 1000.00 I just don't feel that I was treated fairly as a New customer and that they could have prevented this issue from happening rather that letting the bill get extremely High.
