Orbitz Complaint - Orbitz is Terrible! Please do not use them!
I bought (2) $1500 first class tickets from Orbitz. There was a travel delay and I have been rebooked on a coach seat. I did not get my money back and Orbitz was unwilling to help me find another flight with a first class seat.
What they didn't tell me is that they took my money and bought a ticket that was then upgraded to first class. So they said I had purchased a different fare class. How is that for deception?
So they believe they have accommodated me to the best of their ability. What they've done is taken my money and screwed me.
