Comp Usa Complaint - getting help

TUCSON, ARIZONA -- I am tired of going in comp usa tucson and not being able to get help. the only time i can get assistance is to jump on a manager to get help or find david who is usually the only person actually working and i have to wait to get his assistance becuase he always has multiple customers he is helping at the same time. i like going to david becuase he wont steer you wrong and always is polite and takes care of customer needs but one person cant do everything and when i am in a rush i would like to at least get things right away. if i need things answered i want to go to him and he is the only reason i continue to shop at comp usa.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
get more help, (knowledgable help) and have them tend to customer needs like david does.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
