Wal-Mart Complaint - North Myrtle Beach management is less than stellar
NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA -- Nine or so years ago we purchased a prescription from Sam's in Winston Salem, NC, the tech asked if we wanted to put it on our Sams card, we said O. K. Little did we realize that that made us be on their EZ PAY. Forward nine years, went to the pharmacy at North Myrtle Beach. The cashier at the pharmacy said that the script was on the card, we asked to be removed and she said 'no problem'. Then Sept. 29th went back for another script and the same thing happened. This time we asked to cancel the transaction, NOT A SINGLE CSM OR MANAGER supposedly knew how to cancel a transaction...it has been two weeks and dumb and dumber still can't figure it out.
THE BOTTOM LINE: If you ever purchased anything from the pharmacy on your Sams Club or Walmart card you will have a terrible time trying to cancel...even closing the account. GEBANK put enough credit back on the card to cover the transaction! Thieves like these deserve each other.
