ROUND ROCK, TEXAS -- After I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years, and after fulfilling a 72 months contract, Protect America, Inc. refuse to stop an Automatic Debit Payment from my bank account for 12 additional months because contracts are auto-renewed? How convenient?
