Ray Brandt Dodge Complaint - Terrible Service - Jeep Patriot

HARVEY, LOUISIANA -- My car is in the service department for 5 days, with no idea as to how long it will be there. After bringing the car in for a foul, mold odor smell once already--- they finally found moisture under the carpet but will not tell me where it is located. Don't I owe the car? Anyway the service manager(Will Kemp) told me I did not buy the warranty to get a rental or user car. Is there such a thing? He stated "We don't make the cars- We just sell'em." So that puts a one car family with no transportation for how long? These people are laughing at me over there giving me the 800 number to the Jeep Customer Service Dept in God know where ---knowing they are closed on the weekend. So how long are we going to be without the jeep? Can they fix it.

Number one, not their fault you only have one car. Number 2, you are not the only one with car trouble so you have to wait in line.
