OnlinePhoneStore Complaint - Vision Problem Results in Rip-Off

Review by gldtkn on 2009-10-17
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- On Sept.27th my wife & I purchased, over the internet, a vision enhanced phone so that we could see what numbers we were pushing. When the phone arrived we found that 3 on the keyboard would not work unless pushed several times.
Thinking that that particular pad just needed to get pushed more often we kept trying to use the phone. Within 2 more days the numbers 5 & 7 started malfunctioning as well.
I contacted someone, who turned out to be a third party re-seller, who then refered me back to the place we purchase from.
I told them what was going on and asked for directions on how to return the phone and get my money back.
I got one very short, curt email...include order number.
I haven't heard a thing from them since.
I don't want other sight impaired or hearing impaired people falling into these predators traps.
