Knology Complaint - Knology taking over apartments
I live in Columbus Georgia. I moved to Johnston Mill Lofts. I found that they only let a tenant have Knology after I had paid my deposits and all the rest of the expense to move in here. Knology is really good at giving kick backs to apartment managers. Consumers have no choice. It stinks. BellSouth lets customers know that if they are low income, they qualify for lifeline credit. Knology says they don't have this, but when I check department of consumer affairs, they are supposed to provide it. Warnings to all: check your apartments before you pay all the deposits, before you find that you will be stuck with Knology. My phone bill is outrageous. It never stays the same. I suspect they may be cramming. It is a real disappointment and a real pain. I wonder how much this apartment community gets from Knology? This kind of nonsense should be illegal; I would expect this in some other country, but not here. I thought we still had choices in the USA. I guess not. I really hate this.
