Macys Complaint - Payments Changes - Accounts
On Friday I received a phone call from Macys via their India calling group (which only understands certain English) and found out they changed my billing date from the 22nd of the month to the 8th. This made my payment online late and have been charged a late fee. Is Macys in trouble, filing bankruptcy in the near future, or just playing a game to get extra cash by cheating customers into paying two weeks after their last payment? This unfair practice will affect any dealings I have with this company again and I will make sure all my friends know about what has happened to me.
