Target Complaint - Doesn't stand behind defective products
WACO, TEXAS -- I purchased sheets for my bed. With in 45 days of purchase. I had used the sheets and washed them (correctly) twice. When I pulled the sheets out of the dryer the seams were un-raveling. I took the sheets back to Target with receipt, for refund, the customer service desk woman would not take the sheets back, stating she couldn't take something back after it had been washed. I told her it is defective merchandise, "don't you stand behind the products you sell?". She replied not once it had been washed. I couldn't believe what I had heard. This is the second time in five years I had taken something back for credit at Target. I met with resistance the other time as well. I will dispute the charge on my credit card and never shop there again. Poor horrible customer service and policies on the part Target.
