Hillcrest Chevrolet Complaint - More On Hillcrest - Headlight Replacement

Review by jffryclough on 2009-10-18
SALEM, MASSACHUSETTS -- When we got the car home the new headlight didn't work that Hillcrest replaced, no surprise there! we took it to another Chevy dealer who found a 'loose ground wire' and had them fix it. never again will we go to hillcrest, they couldn't put air in someone's tires without more problems arising that I'm sure would cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars for Hillcrest to 'fix'.

That's awfully harsh considering a loose ground is not a very big deal... you just plug it back in. You could've just asked them outright and I'm sure they'd have been more than happy to plug it back in right then and there.

Cars are too expensive to not be right. She has my sympathy. Ford service in Saugus is pretty good. Liberty Chevrolet is worse, or used to be if it is still in business. That said, call the national office of GM. They are fighting for existence, so I bet they will help you.
