CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- Commonwealth Edision is a rude, greedy arrogant, uncompassionate company who obviously hire supervisors and respresentatives who are ignorant, down right mean and have no idea of what compassion is. I lost my job and was trying to pay my summer electric bill off. Not only would they not work with me but 1-1/2 week after paying them 300.00 with a 600.009 balance remaining they insisted there was nothing they could do to help me and still disconnected my service. With unemployment funds, I had just gone grocery shopping for my family days before the disconnect and ended up losing all my groceries. ComEd should not be allowed to treat consumers like this. Consumers need other energy sources!
