American Express Complaint - What's going on with this company?
Resolution Update on 10/23/2009:
My dispute with AMEX was resolved promptly and graciously upon escalation to the executive suite.
AMEX policies & customer service are appalling. 27+% penalty for one late payment on Blue Card. Have been Gold Card customer since 2005. You've got to be kidding. Requesting an explanation from exec management or I will cancel my cards by Oct. 24.
