Stamps.com Complaint - Avoid the 'promos' - free $20 postage

I installed the promo cd that I got in the mail. It was something like receive $20 in free supplies and an amazon.com GC when you become a member. ALL I did was install the program, took a look at it, then uninstalled it. I don't mail stuff that often, so I didn't think it was worth it. I thought I didn't even have an account, since I didn't even try it, but I was billed for three months. I wrote to the credit card company and they said I had to call them...First, it was a very long wait and when I spoke to someone, all they said was they didn't have the auhority to refund me and asked if I could speak to a supervisor. Ok, the monthly fee is $15, which I was billed for 3 months..$45 for for absolutely nothing. The guy was very rude, but I did get a refund and I cancelled my "account"(which you can only do by calling). Just avoid.
