Justflowers.com Complaint - Stay away from using justflowers.com

I ordered from this co. when a dear friends mother passed away and I wanted to send a fruit basket to the family. the co. popped up on goggle I ordered the basket ( over 100.00 dollars) and was reassured it would be delivered that day.
Life went on and 9 days later much to my embaresment I was informed by my friend the fruit was inedible and basically garbage. She did not want to embarrass me and took it upon herself to call the co.

They resent 2 potted mums as replcement. This is when she decided to call me. She knew the fruit was expensive and the mums were worth as see puts it "no more than 10 dollars"

I was embaresed and angry. called the company spoke to about 10 different supervisiors over a 3 day period. three days of phone calls with one message. Sorry for the inconvience, but it was past there dateline of being able to do anything about it.

I am outraged and angry. It is deing diputed with my credit card company.

Any one in a pinch that need to order fruit /flowers stay away. It is not worth the aggravation.

When I send flowers to a funeral, what I do is call the chapel where the funeral is being held. I ask them who the best local florist is. That way I know the florist will be good and will know where the funeral home is at.

Also, I have called food companies directly in the town and had them prepare food for the family, e.g. Public Grocery stores make food platters, which I can order and pay for, and tell the family so they can pick them up.
