Diversified Systems, Inc. Compliment - Remarkable Customer Service

KENNESAW, GEORGIA -- The customer service I have received so far from Diversified Systems is remarkable. I had a bad experience with LOUD Security and was more selective when I chose the company to monitor my security system. My security system went off when we were on vacation and no one from LOUD even called nor did the police come out. The only reason I knew someone broke in and that my alarm went off was my son had come over to check the house out and notice the back door had been broke into.

When the technician came out from Diversified Systems we told him we didn't trust the system that LOUD had installed and wanted to replace it. The technician contacted his office and got the approval to replace the system. I can't believe they only charged us $ 100.00 to replace it. The technician went out of his way to explain the new system and even gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to contact him if we had any questions. The next day we got a phone call from the owner who wanted to check if everything was O. K. and if we had any questions. That was very impressive to have the owner contact us.

Well it has been almost three weeks since we installed the new system from Diversified Systems. Today I received a phone call from Diversified Systems saying that they received a signal from the security system saying "system inactivity". I was impressed once more that they were able to know that I had not been arming my system.

Can't believe the level of service for only $15/month. I would definitely recommend Diversified Systems to my friends and family.
