Terrible service from WHIRLPOOL Warranteed department
Whirlpool Refrigerator - Complaint
LOUISIANA -- I have been on a deadend road since August, 2009 trying to get someone from the Whirlpool service people/techs to repair my new, now used refrigerator. This process/protocol has done havoc to me by having to not work, losing money waiting on these "repairmen" to show up at the appointment time and then not being courteous enough to at least give me a call to advise me as to what my next step will be. My patience and intelligence have been used up. All I want is a working refrigerator. Is that too much to ask? Please, someone tell me I am not alone here.
