Mick's Dodge Complaint - Never go to Mick's Dodge in Pittsburgh, PA

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- Mick's Dodge in Pittsburgh - worst service ever!!!

I brought my Dodge Caravan to the dealership for repair - transmission fluid leaking. They took it apart and replaced the pump seal. I paid $618.98 (with only #15.00 for parts). I took the van to work - the same day - transmission leaking again, took it back to Mick's Dodge. Another three days go by and they find a crack in the housing. Why didn't they notice the crack in the first place?! No one apologized or offered at least some money back - nothing at all. Mr. Brad Fowler told me that I would have to pay $2215 to replace the housing. I hesitated for a few days (because the van is 1996 with 92,000 miles on it), but finally agreed. When the repair was done and I came to the dealership to pick up the van - I was given a $2711 bill instead of $2215!!! Although the van was ready early in a day, Mr. Brad Fowler called me to come pick it up only a few minutes before he left (4.51 pm). Seems like he didn't want to see me... Mick's Dodge is DaimlerChrysler Five Star dealership happened to be incompetent, they don't admit their mistakes and openly lie to the customers. This is my very first complaint, because I am a very patient person, but the whole thing was too much for me to handle. Only people in a good health should take their vehicles to Mick's Dodge.

You took a '96 auto to a $tealership for repair? You just don't do that. Pick up the yellow book and shop around.

"Car Dealership" not to mention this is pulled by garages constantly from what I have seen. People seem to think there services are worth a lot apparently. Oh well let them keep losing 1 or 2 customers while they gain it back come inspection time.
