BromaCleanse Complaint - Beware of BromaCleanse

Review by trm619 on 2009-10-20
WARNING WARNING WARNING. The free trial of BromaCleanse is not free. I just reviewed my credit card statement and there was a $79.95 charge. I called customer service and was told that I should have cancelled my account within 12 days, nowhere on the site did I see that, so it is pretty well buried. They were unwilling to work with me and were rather rude so they are obviously not in business to maintain positive customer support. Beware, these guys are sneaky in their advertising and probably in their overall business practices as well.

With a name like "BromaCleanse", I wouldn't be surprised if it's nothing more than a new way to market Bromo Seltzer...as a laxative or enema...

If you have to enter your credit card information, then that's a really good sign that you might be charged with something. If you have a free trial, always remember to cancel, as most places will charge you if you don't cancel before the free trial period ends. When the free trial period ends, most likely it's going into a pay period. These things should go hand and hand. Paying for something will pretty much always come after a free TRIAL period.

Let me guess, you saw one of those ugly banner ads, clicked it and entered your credit card number.
