I have had years & years of dealings with Gevalia & I just had to write after seeing the 1 & only bad review just on principle. Their free offers are great & their customer service has always been extremely prompt & curteous! Just to give you an idea, I can't postpone my delivery any further in the future & when I asked them about it & said if I can't then I'm just going to have to cancel my membership & rejoin when I need coffee again. They said that was fine even though when I rejoin I will get another free gift worth at least $30 maybe more. So I would say that's a pretty great company.

I, too, have been with Gevalia for several years and agree their products and services are superb. Be aware that if you quit, in order to qualify for the free offer and highly discounted first shipment, there has to be a two-year delay from the date of cancellation of your membership.
What's the reason for suspending your shipments and how long has it been? With the introduction of their 'seasonal coffees' last year and a few gifts of coffee from friends who know how much I enjoy that beverage, I found myself with way too much on hand. I just had my regularly scheduled shipments resumed earlier this month after having been suspended for almost a year.

I used Gevalia for years as well, and had to cancel my membership due to financial reasons. I am glad I saw this review. It reminded me of a great product and service. I am signing back up!

I received Gevalia for almost 5 years (give or take) and have loved there coffee. I was getting there limited edition and all of them were good. It's the only coffee, that I know of, that I can drink that doesn't send me off to the bathroom. My husband loves there coffee to, says it isn't bitter like the rest. I had to cancel there service due to financial reasons but once I get back on track I'm restarting the service.

Certainly the coffee is not bad. Still, for a better price, and for new customers you can actually get gourmet coffee, free shipping, and a free coffee tin (just like Gevalia) by joining Camano Island Coffee Roasters' coffee club.
Basically the same thing, just more specialty coffee. I like the coffee a little bit better but that is a matter of taste.
