Just My Shopping (Justmyshopping.com) Complaint - Buyer Be Aware - TV Stand

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- I placed an order with this company on September 5. Their website claims free shipping in 3-14 business days. The charge to my card occurred on 9-14, but a month later no item. Their customer service department is always vague and states that they will check on it and get back to you and then you get a generic email that states that your item "should" arrive next week. I've not requested a refund and it "should" take 24-48 hours to process and then 10-14 business days to mail out to me.

These people have had hundreds on dollars of my money for over a month and earning interest while I wait around on their poor service.

Buyer Be Aware.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company--you never received the item and you have made several attempts to rectify the situation with the company.
