Sprint Complaint - SPRINT ISSUES and CONCERNS
OVERLAND PARK -- My problems begin when I purchased Sprint's Instinct cell phone. The very next day I began experiencing dropped phone calls. I also have 2 additional lines, and except for the misinformation we were initiall given, free downloading, and free 411 call the service on these 2 lines have been ok. Still I continued having countless problems so I began calling the customer service line. I was told by the Tech Dept that they were doing research to find out, in the meantime I continued experiencing dropped calls and a battery that would not hold its charge for more than 3 hours. I purchased a battery pack which now I refuse to carry around, it's a pain. I was told in September that my services were being disconnected after I called them (on average for at least 3-4 times a week). The calls have greatly affected my family and have driven me to a point of feeling as if I am a victim caught in a maze and no one wants to take responsibility for getting me out of this confusion. Call after call I was told I was going to be sent a phone but it never came than I was told by the Sprint 800 number to go to a Corporate Sprint Store which I did left cell phone there for 4 days, was given it back because they could find nothing wrong. Went back home called the Sprint 800 number they assured me that they would handle the situtation after trying to get the claim through the insurance dept which I told them was not an insurance issue as the phone was malfunctioning right after the purchase. Went back to the Sprint store was told again that there was nothing wrong after spending 4 hours. There were at least 8 people waiting to cancel the service many going over to Verizon. Finally just this past Saturday received a phone but guess what no battery - was told to use old battery, told them the battery issue again. Now I am so frustrated that I want Sprint to compensate me for my time. I spend more time with Sprint than an employee does at a 9 to 5 job. This is ridiculous and plain unacceptable. It gives me great pain to even talk about it and every time I speak with a different individual and most of the time the cell phone has dropped when I've been speaking with them. The charges have been unfair and recently they told me to pay a bill and than called 2 days later and told me I was going to be disconnected again. Please help!!!!!
