Wal-Mart Complaint - Predjudice and discrimination at Wal-Mart
COMMERCE TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN -- My husband and I waited for 30 minutes after begging for assistance while three employees helped one couple. When we purchased our Playstation 3, a big, burly, caucasian man was called to the front and stood next to us until the purchase was complete. I then seen the cashier nodd his head to him after our credit card went through then the burly guy walked away. It's sad because I was trying my best to think positive of the situation and maybe that I was mistaken, but the fact of the matter is they called him over there to make sure we didn't steal the playstation and of course you know why: Because we are black. I realized that I was not overreacting and I am returning this game tomorrow and filing a complaint. After returning this game, I will never return to Walmart, and I will spread the word as much as possible about their discriminating, predjudice, and stereotypical ways.
