POT ROAST HASH W/EGGS
WILLOUGHBY, OHIO -- The hash was mostly large junks of grissle that could not be cut with a knife and could not be easten. Re-ordered pancakes which took over 20 minutes to get. The other person was done eating
by the time my pancakes came. We were both unhappy with the way your manager and waitress handles this matter. This is third time we were unhappy with the food. (hash browns burnt, bacon burnt and the above Pot roast hash) Beverly

I would not go back if I were you, 3 bad meals is unacceptable. Sometimes things happen in the restaurant business, but if you have more than an occasional bad experience it stands to reason that it won't get any better.

after three bad meals I felt I needed to voice a complaint..Once burnt food...once a bug in my soup..once my soup had "rotten" meat and I mean in a dead way rotten..kindly replaced with chile that had been in the pot nine days old. couldn't eat that either...
