Idearc Media Complaint - Screwed again - Advertising

TEXAS -- Well here I am again. Last year I wrote a complaint concerning Idearc Media costing my company business the previous two years because they put my home address in the ad after I asked them not to one year (We have a mobile service); and, the next year they didn't even run our ad after working with the sales representative for two months to get the ad "right".

After filing a BBB complaint on Idearc, I was offered an $80 a month credit towards advertising in this years book. After working with the sales representative to again get my ad right and sending in the revisions I wanted on the ad, I never got a callback or e-mail back from the representative for over a week. When I called him once again, was told that it is too late for the ad, that the cutoff date passed.

We're again going to lose business because of this company. Have to wonder if this was there way of saving that $80 a month in "free" advertising I was to receive.
