Lay-Z-Boy Complaint - Disappointed
MESA, ARIZONA -- We order and payed for $6300 worth of living room furniture from Lay Z Boy On July 23, 2009. We received nothing from the company, our sales representative called us three times in three months just to tell us that our tables had been delayed again and again and again!! The woman told me every time I spoke to her that she would get back to me in a couple of days to let me know what the hold up was, but she never called me when she said she would. Finally on October 23rd, my husband and I went to the store to get an answer. When we got there our sales representative was there and she got on the phone to try figure this out and amazingly after a few minutes she said she could get our whole order together, but at this point we were so upset all we wanted to do was cancel our order and get our money back. It took quite a while but finally we spoke to the manager and after he tried to convince us that they would find a way to make us happy (not possible at this time)he refunded our money. The whole experience was very upsetting. I will never try to but furniture from Lay Z Boy again.
