Best Buy Complaint - Geek Squad
The Geek Squad sold us an external hard drive that was supposed to have the data from our crashed computer stored on it. When we received our new computer (as our old one was still under warranty), imagine our dismay when we attempted to load our old data to find the external hard drive was empty. If that wasn't bad enough, they didn't want to refund our money!! They wanted to give us a store credit ( as if we will ever step foot in their store again). We had to argue and they finally gave us partial credit. I hope in this down economy they don't survive, they don't deserve to be in business.
