WWTE Complaint - WWTE Very Poor Service

Earlier this year I booked tickets for the Singapore Grandprix through WWTE. At the time of booking I received confirmation from WWTE, via email that my 2 year old daughter would not need her own tickets as under 3's were free. On arrival at the racetrack on the first of the 3 days I was told from the organisers that everybody including children under 3 needed tickets. After sereral lengthy international phone calls with WWTE in the UK they admitted it was there error. This did not help me as all tickets for sold out for that days practice. For the next two days I was told to purchase a new ticket for my daughter at my cost, send in the receipt and they would review the situation.
Having done this and sent in all rthe information all I get from WWTE is "wait 28 days and somebody will be in contact". That does not help me sas I have a credit card bill to pay before that date. I just want future customers of WWTE to be aware that, everybody can make mistakes its how companies deal with them that make a difference. WWTE do not even have a phone number to call for complaints, its an impersonal email address only. WWTE customers BEWARE.
