Acura of ocean nj Complaint - Acura of ocean- stay away

OCEAN, NEW JERSEY -- Acura of ocean- bought the car was promised I would receive 4 brand new tires. 11,000 miles later they told me I needed new tires and they gave me "new" tires that were from a different USED car. Settled with me for $300 in credit with the service. They never filled up fluids when service was completed. Always $70 higher for all services than any other dealer. I found out the service people are paid on commission.

I just had someone hit and run at a football game and I took my car to the body shop. Guy at the body shop asked me what kind of work was done to the hood. I told him none. He said there was definitely work done, I think the dealer knew about this and failed to mention this to me. I called and spoke to Dan- used car manager and he told me he was too busy to deal with this and hung up the phone. Then I spoke to GM and he stood up for Dan.

I called corporate ACURA and they took the complaint, but said nothing can be done about it.

It's too bad for ACURA as I am in the market for a SUV and their RDX was on my list. My entire family has an ACURA and at this point I am done with ACURA.
