Hughes Net internet service Complaint - Horrible experiences with customer technical support

Today is not the first day Hughes Net has not functioned and their equipment has a problem at their end. It took multiple calls to get someone from Customer support. When I did, the heavy accent is not understandable. Finally, a representative I could understand solved my problem for a few minutes.

Last two people I called refused to give me advance technical support even when I was told to by a man in billing. The only way customer can get credit for non-service is by way of technical support.

If the company outsources with customers having no option or way to discuss rude or uncooperative service reps with supervisors, then the company doesn't need customers.

The people in the Phillipeans are more cooperative than the people in India. If the main office called the India people for customer support, they would be amazed how defensive and uncooperative they are.

Now that you have used the entire review to complain about the support, what is the problem with the service?

I understand completely. I am paying monthly for this service and I am not even using it. It is just taking up space in my yard and in my house. I have no clue 90% of the time what any tech person is saying and I get little results. I absolutley despise the service and I am ready to jump for joy when my contract is up.
