T-Mobile Complaint - Terrilbe service, customer service
I have been with T-Mobile for over 4 years. Over the past year or so, their phone service has been terrible. I now have consistent dropped calls, we purchased the home phone modem service based on information that was given to us by the sales representative that it would cost ten bucks a month using our current plan and then when I couldn't get it working was told that you can only have 4 lines on your plan for this system to operate and therefore I needed to purchase a new contract for one line at an addition 30 bucks!!
Finally, my son's sidekick and the service has been a nightmare. His internet service hasn't worked in over 7 months consistently, and not at all over the past 4 months. They sent a replacement phone finally after a month of pleading with them, and this still did not fix the issue. I finally called and told them I wanted out of my contract withour fee's since they haven't met their contractual obligation and was told that I could cancel the sidekick contract but the others, one of which ends in August, I would need to pay the $200.00 cancellation fee. I argued that I was the account holder and these were all under the same account and was told that these are actually separate accounts and basically, to bad you'll have to live with us till August.
Do not use this provider, they have no idea of what customer service is and how to treat their clients,,,
