USA Express Moving Informative - Rebuttle of the review posted by me earlier

I would like to write a rebuttle of my earlier review of USA Express Moving. I had dealt with some time issues in receiving my things, and was very angry with getting it soo late. After talking with the manager, we spoke of how and why things happened, and some messages that were relayed to me got mixed up along the way. In our conversation the company was willing to work with me to make sure that I was happy by issuing me a credit that I felt was reasonable, and was very apologetic for the situation. Companies that are willing to work with their customers and care enough about their reputation to do so, are professional in my opinion and I appreciated what they did for me. Other than that issue of timliness, the movers when they arrived to move me, were very professional and on-time with moving my things.
