General Electric Company Complaint - Terrible customer service
Ok, so we purchase a nice microwave install it and had problems from the word go. So we call GE they come out (by the way WE had to remove it) and the mechanic came to check it out sais "I know what it is I will order the part". So WE install it again. Then the part comes in guess what WE have to remove it AGAIN they change a part no good it's a bad microwave so WE install it AGAIN since we can't leave it removed in our situation. So I call to see what is next, they say they will replace it and call me back with the details. Ok, great well a month later no call, so I call they say they have to have a tech come out and look at it, WHAT? we are past that. So I get this run around a few times. Mind you and this is what really gets me, this all started in May 09 it is now a few days short of Nov. 09 and you guessed it still no microwave! So almost a half a year later and GE does not call to let me know what is going on nor do I have a microwave that works. GOOD JOB GE. If that was my job I am sure I would get fired and why for not doing it!!!
