Westinghouse Compliment - Customer Service - 42" LCD TV
We purchased a Westinghouse LCD TV from Best Buy after 1 year the sound went out on the TV. We purchased the extended warranty from Best Buy however to try to get them to come to the house was nothing but a hassel they would not come after 5. After 2 days dealing with Best Buy I figuered I would try to contact Westinghouse. Thank gosh that I did. They were very nice told me what to do. All that needed to be done was a reset. Westinghouse called me 2 days later just to make sure that my TV was still working properlly. I just wanted to say how nice they were.
