Wire Fly Complaint - Lousy Agents - Cell Phones

VIRGINIA -- These people call themselves customer service but they are not. First of all they are in the PHILIPPINES and do not listen. I believe they speak from a script and if you get them off of it they are flustered. I spoke to this agent calling himself ERIC and had to give the same information several times. Finally I had to yell at him to get his attention. I gave him the info in bits and pieces and had him read it back to me and finally we got it.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Littleyaya - didn't you know if someone cannot understand you then you just talk louder and louder till they understand. Of course, use some pig latin in there too. If they are with you, use hand signs and gestures to make them understande,e.g. eat good, food now - demonstrate eating.

Usually it's louder and slower like the person is stupid or something.
That would make me least likely to want to help you, whether or not I was foreign and reading from a script.

Apparently yelling FINALLY worked! Sometimes that's what you have to do to get somebody off of their script and actually listen to what you are saying. These companies need to realize that if their CS people don't even understand basic english, then maybe they need to find someone who does. It would probably improve their bottom line.
