Sprint Complaint - Not Worthy Of Customer
Sprint has to be one of the most backwards companies I have ever dealt with. I'm going to start off by saying that the Palm Pre is not as awesome as they hyped it to be. When I first received the phone I figured it was so awesome with all its greatness, but after a while I realized it's missing to many features to even try to compete with iPhones. For one Palm Pre doesn't even forward messages, what type of smart phone doesn't foward messages, as well as copy and paste. On top of that it does not consist of a variety of apps that are downloadable as well as intresting or worth the time to download. The phone tweaks out at times, calls people, and goes to certain apps that I don't even want to go to, as well as taking forever to reach certain programs and load. The Palm Pre is nothing but a cheap imitation of an iPhone. The Palm Pre is also pronouced to be a 4G phone, meaning the fastest network but yet I find myself being outside and I can't even "contact my network", so what's the point of paying a bill that contains all of these extra fees for services that I am not receiving. Then I tried to call for a replacement phone and I have insurance, now I have contributed to some physical damage but they tell me I have to pay 120 for them to even look at the phone. All I can say is are they kidding me? To begin with I dislike the services they offer, as well as the "great" Palm Pre, so why would I even consider paying for a new one. All I can say is Sprint is not a good service provider and Palm Pre is not all that great of a phone, just don't do it!
